Australian Commonwealth Federation medallion

Gold medallion commemorating the opening of the first federal parliament in May, 1901. It has a crown at the top with a circular ring attachment. The medallion has an imprint of the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall and York on one side. It also has two imprints on the other side.
