Titled ‘A north Bourke candidate addressing his constituency on a “national” question.’ Shows the candidate, Booth, standing on a stage, waving his arms and speaking to a riotous crowd, some fighting, others drinking, some holding placards; signs on the wall read ‘Vote for Mooney’ and ‘Notice. This night only liquors free’.
