Gallipoli in winter, 1915
Thick snow covers a field gun. Ice and snow also cover the wire netting and bushes placed on top of the gun for camouflage. Members of the 9th Battery, 3rd Field Artillery Brigade, stand around the field gun. To combat the cold, some of the troops had been issued with Macintosh coats.
