Leaflet issued by Australia’s 150th Anniversary Celebrations Council

On 26 January 1938 many Australians celebrated the sesquicentenary (150-year anniversary) of British colonisation of Australia. At the same time, some Aboriginal people protested and declared the day a Day of Mourning.
